Yard Waste Suspended After April 3rd
Message from Patriot Disposal
Fairfax County Residential Customers and Who it May Concern:
In response to the current public health emergency and in accordance with the Solid Waste Advisory from Fairfax County, please be advised that Patriot Disposal will temporarily suspend the collection of yard waste from all Fairfax County residential customers, effective immediately.
Please note that this change is necessary to continue to protect the health of our employees during the COVID-19 emergency. Due to the significant number of residents who are quarantined in their homes, we have been experiencing an unprecedented increase in the amount of residential trash and recycling out for collection. Therefore, no adjustments will be made to your account for the omission of yard waste collection.
As a courtesy, Patriot Disposal will pick up Fairfax County residential yard waste next week, March 30th through April 3rd, along with the collection of regular household trash.
Please assist us with notifying the residents of your communities regarding this temporary service change. This notice will also be posted on our phone greeting, our website at patriotdisposalservices.com, and on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions concerning this notification, please contact us at (703) 257-7100 or by email at email@example.com.
