American Disposal Services is now able to implement single stream recycling, a process by which all recyclables are put into the same container and collected by their recycling trucks. With single stream recycling, these items are not sorted during collection, but are instead transported to a single stream recycling facility where sorting takes place.

Your 2010 pool validation stickers will be sent out with the annual meeting information. Four (4) stickers will be sent to each household. If you need additional stickers, please stop by the community center during business hours to pick them up or call (703) 815-1136 and we can mail them to you. We will have extra stickers available throughout the pool season.

January has been a busy month.

We met with Williams-Transco and there’s good and bad news. The good news is that Williams-Transco currently plans to remove the above- ground “pig” launcher and some of the above-ground valves, and reduce the amount of fenced area on Virginia Run common property.
